Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any program from the site. You should understand that by booking any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Admission:

Admission to any program listed on the website is confirmed upon full payment for the programs, which must be made before the commencement of the program. Only individuals who have paid the full program fee will be granted admission to the program.

Except for the real estate lead generation program, which is valued at $969, the deal offers you the option to pay only $369 upfront and pay the remaining amount only after a lead converts into a sale. 

2. Training Program Delivery Options

We currently offer our training programs via live online sessions in English, accessible from anywhere in the world. 

3. Accessibility

To ensure a seamless learning experience, participants should have a stable internet connection with the required speed. Sessions will be conducted on Google Meet, and the meeting link will be shared with participants before the program begins

4. Payment Options:

Online Payment: Payments can be made through our trusted service provider using simple, secure, and convenient transactions. Accepted modes of payment include:

  • Visa and Mastercard Credit/Debit Cards.
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer to the corporate account provided by Ostadji.

Buy Now Pay Later options via Tabby are available in KSA, UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

Bookings can only be canceled in writing via email to support@ostadji.com.

  • Full Refund: To cancel and receive a full refund, notify us at least 7 days prior to the program's start date. A refund of 100% of the program fee will be provided with no deduction.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel less than 7 days before the program or after it has started, 75% of the program fee will be refunded.

  • Installment Purchases: No refunds will be provided for programs purchased through installment partners using the Buy Now, Pay Later option.

  • You may send a substitute to attend in your place, but you must inform us at least 14 days before the program starts and wait for our written approval before sending them for online program.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days

Program Refund & Cancelation T&C:

  • The program fee (after the program starts) is non-refundable and cannot be transferred. 
  • If you attend a session but are unable to attend subsequent sessions due to Unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies or natural disasters then you may reschedule. The rescheduled session will only be available in the next batch, or you can watch the recorded video of the missed session.
  • In case you attend a session (for 3 hours or more) and for any unavoidable reason you want to cancel your registration, it will fall under less than 7 days refund policy a 25% program fee will be charged. 
  • If candidates sign up by availing Flash Sale or Discount package, the program fee will not be refundable or transferable.

6. Repeat Full Program Online (Free of cost)

Candidates are eligible to repeat the full program online once within 1 year of completion of the Program. Please Note: The candidates are required to contact the Ostadji team and a prior booking is required. Certification would not be re-issued or changed 

7. Internship Support

We do not promise any job or internship through our program. However, our team will make every effort to provide you with an internship opportunity at Ostadji or from our recruitment circle. It should be noted that, we do not guarantee the stipend or the nature of work; these aspects are for candidates to discuss directly with the company.

8. User Privacy:

We view the protection of your privacy as very important principle. We understand clearly that you and your Personal Information is one of our most important assets. Your Personally Identifiable Information resides on a secure server that only selected personnel and contractors have access to. We encrypt certain sensitive information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your Personally Identifiable Information is safe as it is transmitted to us.

One of the main ways in which we collect personal information is when you fill out the inquiry/ application form & and when you enroll for program. By filling out the inquiry form you agree that we may use your name, email address, phone number, or other data to communicate with you through calls, SMS, and emails. We may utilize that information to:

  • Contact the enquirer in reference to his inquiry for counseling purposes
  • Keep the complete program record of participants.
  • To mail you all necessary study material & complete delegate kit & confirmation
  • To keep you informed regarding any news and updates
  • Contact you to obtain your feedback, and surveys.

9. Certifications:

Every participant will receive Ostadji certificate of participation upon completion.

Participants will also receive the following certificates based on the program they are enrolled in. Please check the program page for details.

To earn these certificates, participants must also pass the assessments administered by Google Skillshop & Hubspot.

Google and HubSpot certifications have a validity period, meaning they may expire and require renewal. Any renewal costs, if applicable, are charged by Google or HubSpot directly, not by Ostadji.

10. Payment Gateway Terms & Conditions: 

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the UAE laws.
  • The United Arab Emirates is our country of registration.
  • Minors under the age of 14 are prohibited from registering as users of this website and may not transact or use the website unless supervised by a guardian.
  • If you make a payment for our programs, products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. 
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • (Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and Master credit/debit card, Paypal, Apple pay and Bank Transfer.

11. Prices

  • Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already received payment & confirmed your seat.
  • We are under no obligation to book you on a program at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a confirmation. If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing. 

12. Program Timings, Program Durations & Material:

  • We reserve the right to change program times before the class starts. We are constantly learning and optimizing program durations and timings. Thus, we reserve the right to shorten or increase program durations.
  • To alter the timetable or trainer specified for any Program.
  • To make reasonable amendments to the content of a program, when necessary.
  • No extra time will be given to any participant after completion or the program nor after the duration of the class session ends.

Note: We reserve the right to upgrade/modify any program outline/syllabus as and how we see fit, without any prior notices.

13. Recorded Program Video & Slides:

Participants will be given access to a Google Drive link to download the lecture slides and recorded sessions. Please note that the slides and videos will be removed 14 days after being shared, so participants must download them before the given deadline.

Access to recordings and slides is for personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

14. Intellectual Property

All handouts, materials and examinations provided to you in advance of, or during, your class are the intellectual property of Ostadji and shall not be copied by you or used except in accordance with the intended purpose and all materials shall be maintained in confidence and not disclosed to third parties except with our advance permission.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall give you any right or license copy or otherwise use or exploit in any way any intellectual property contained in the content of any program provided to you in accordance with these terms and conditions, unless expressive written consent is given to you.

Participants cannot share program content (videos, materials, etc.) publicly or with third parties.

15. Discounts, Promotions & Promo Codes

Discounts, Promotions & promo codes are only valid for a set period of time, we reserve the right to remove them whenever we deem appropriate

16. Force Majeure

Ostadji will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.

17. Liability Disclaimer

Ostadji is not liable for any technical issues, disruptions, or damages arising from participation in programs.

18. Disputes

In the event of any dispute or claim relating to these terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with UAE law.

19. Marketing Consent

Participants may be contacted for testimonials or feedback, which may be used for marketing purposes with their consent.

20.Disclaimer on Outcomes

While our programs aim to provide practical knowledge and skills, Ostadji does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as job placements, business success, or financial results, upon program completion.

21.Participant Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during live sessions. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.
