With a flexible evening schedule in GST (UAE Time) that accommodates various time zones, we also record and share sessions for your convenience. Most participants successfully balance the program with their jobs. While you will need to dedicate some time to project tasks each week, the workload is structured to be manageable alongside a full-time job.

Yes, we offer the Ostadji Certificate of Participation for all our programs. Additionally, each program includes relevant professional certifications, with assessments administered directly by the respective certification providers.

For example, participants in the Digital Marketing Program can earn the Google Ads Search Certification and the HubSpot Social Media Marketing Certification, with assessments administered directly by Google Skillshop & Hubspot.

Our programs are open to everyone, featuring a diverse range of participants, including:

• Traditional and specialized marketers looking to upgrade their skills and gain confidence with digital tools.
• Designers, copywriters, salespeople, and product managers seeking better collaboration with marketing teams.
• Marketers, recent graduates, and career changers aiming for foundational skills to succeed in the field.

You will work on real tasks and projects from Ostadji, aiming to give you practical experience. Throughout the program, you'll also complete smaller projects to help you practice what you've learned in each session.

All our programs are live and online, not pre-recorded. You'll have a live trainer, and one-on-one support will be available. The training will be recorded, and you'll receive access to those recordings. Once you sign up, you'll be enrolled in the next program.

You can pay for the training programs via Credit/Debit card, PayPal, or Direct bank transfer.
An installment plan is also available

Bookings can only be canceled in writing via email to support@ostadji.com.

• To cancel and receive a refund, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the start of the program. You will receive a refund of 92% of the program fees, with an 8% deduction applied to cover transaction fees, bank charges, and other related costs.
  
  
• 75% of Program fee will be refunded if you fail to inform us 7 days before your program starts.
  
  
• Please note that no refunds will be provided for courses purchased through our installment partner using the Buy Now Pay Later option.
  
  
• You may send a substitute to attend in your place, but you must inform us at least 7 days before the course starts and wait for our written approval before sending them.
  
  
• This policy may not apply in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience, and we will make every effort to assist you.
  
  
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

Yes, we provide 30 days of post-training support for all of our programs.

The start date of each program differs. Please click on the specific program you want to enroll in to see the exact date. The program runs on a rolling basis, so as soon as you sign up, you can start the next upcoming program.
